Multiple myeloma is characterized by:

a. Amyloidosis of tongue 
b. Glossitis 
c. Ulcers on the tongue

Ans. A: Multiple myeloma is malignant neoplasm of plasma cells.  Skeletal pain is its most common presenting symptom.  Amylodosis of tongue may develop as a complication of this disease.
