d: Over the last decade,
there has been increasing attention paid to non-infectious granulomatous
disorders of the orofacial region, which include: oral Crohn's disease and oral
sarcoid, as well as clinical entities, known as the ˜MelkerssonRosenthal
syndrome™ and Mieschener's cheilitis granulomatosis (granulomatous cheilitis).

histological evidence of noncaseating granulomatous inflammation within these
tissues
